**First two months of staging is free. That's minimum of $5000 value to you (eg. one bedroom condo). If home is not vacant, seller is responsible for the cost of moving before staging can commence. Cleaning is part of complimentary staging. Touchup is limited to spots, minor cracks on wall or cabinet etc. Any replacement of fixtures or major resurfaces is deemed renovation. A cost will be applied. Wholesale price means only cost is charged. It is not "retail price" as such includes profit margin for the contractor. This offer is at the sole discretion of Michael Sung.
